Return & Refund Policy

At YourPokeCards, every product is lovingly crafted and personalized specifically for you. Because of the unique, custom nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom & Personalized Products (Final Sale)
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all products are custom-made using the photos, names, text, and details you provide during checkout.

Because these personalized items cannot be resold or restocked, all custom products are considered Final Sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the design you approved.
  • Ordering mistakes made by the customer (e.g., incorrect names, typos, wrong photos, or inaccurate customization details submitted).

2. Acceptable Manufacturing Variations
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. However, due to the custom manufacturing process, minor variations may occur and are considered normal rather than defects. These include:

  • Slight color or brightness differences between your screen and the physical card.
  • Minor cropping or image positioning variations.
  • Slight print alignment or texture differences.

3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Claims
We stand by the quality of our work. A replacement, refund, or alternative resolution will be provided if:

  • The product arrived physically damaged in transit.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product contains a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The item materially differs from your approved design or our product description.

4. How to Report an Issue (7-Day Window)
If you experience any of the eligible issues above, please report it to us within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear, well-lit photographs of the product and the specific issue.
  • Photographs of all packaging materials and the shipping label.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Note: Claims involving damage, defects, or incorrect items cannot be processed without objective photo or video evidence.

5. Return Process & Conditions
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from our support team. If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in substantially the same condition it was received, including original packaging.
  • Unless the error was caused by YourPokeCards, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution & Fair Play
Our priority is your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve it fairly and professionally.

To protect our community and business, we maintain comprehensive production and shipping records. We kindly ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix any problem before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.

7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be issued directly to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
